when I cook bacon for myself I usually use the stove but if it’s a holiday or if I’m cooking for a large group of people that usually means it takes two or three batches to cook enough bacon but when you cook bacon in the oven you can do an entire batch on one sheet tray and you can put two sheet trays in the oven at the same time, I always create a bit of a mess when I cook bacon on the stove because I gets patterns all over the stovetop but when you cook bacon in the oven it doesn’t spatter it just sizzles until it’s perfectly crispy cooking bacon on the stove means that you’re constantly watching over it and usually flipping it a few times when you cook bacon in the oven.

you don’t have to watch over it nor do you have to flip it so that means you’re free to cook some eggs or pancakes at the same time all right to get started line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil  and then place your pieces of bacon side-by-side on the tray you’ll cook the bacon at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 to 15 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon and I just rotate the tray once to make sure that the bacons cooked evenly remove the tray from the oven and place the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate and that’s it.
